This Cancellation Policy applies to all travel services booked through the website bsastravelers.com, operated by TANGODELTA TOURS LLC. By booking any of our services, the user acknowledges having read and accepted this policy.

User Cancellations

You may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour and receive a full refund. The time is calculated according to the local time zone of the activity (Buenos Aires, GMT-3).

Unforeseeable Events

You may be eligible for a full refund if you are unable to attend the tour due to an unforeseeable event beyond your control that arises after the booking has been made. The determination of what qualifies as an unforeseeable event is at the sole discretion of BsAs Travelers.

Examples of accepted unforeseeable events:

• Government-imposed travel restrictions.

• Unusual epidemic disease in the region.

• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

• A cruise ship unable to dock at port.

• Last-minute flight cancellations.

Examples of events NOT considered unforeseeable:

• Illness or injury of the participant.

• Bad weather that does not prevent the activity.

• Change of personal plans.

• Oversleeping or arriving late.

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a reservation, you must send an email to info@bsastravelers.com including your full name, reservation number, and reason for cancellation. Requests will be processed within 48 business hours of receipt.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking. The estimated timeframe for the refund to appear is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the user’s financial institution.

Cancellations by BsAs Travelers

BsAs Travelers reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to force majeure (severe weather, logistical issues, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances).

In such cases, the user will be offered:

• Rescheduling the activity at no additional cost.

• Selecting an equivalent alternative.

• Receiving the appropriate refund.
